We are experienced in helping people with disability get the most out of life. Whether it’s living more independently, getting involved in community activities, or helping you to prepare for your day, our passionate team delivers disability support services with care and understanding.
We recognise that no two people are the same or are looking for the same services or types of assistance. That’s why we design all our disability support services in close consultation with you – so we can support you in doing the things that matter most to you, or your loved one.

We take a hands-on approach with our clients and supporting them through the process of navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We aim to provide high quality care and support for our clients that exceeds best practice and empowers them to take an active role in decision making when it comes to their care arrangements.

Elevate Disability is a registered provider, and we deliver our personalised services to people aged 18 to 65 years with a broad range of disabilities.
Our clients include NDIS participants with basic care needs through to complex care for those who require full-time support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and everything in between.
Whether you have an acquired brain injury, intellectual, physical, sensory, or neurological disability or degenerative disease, with our supports and services, you can continue to enjoy the things you are passionate about for as long as possible.
